Summary0001027: [BFX_AT100][BTVV-1841] After STB on a special TV turn on , there is no sound. after volume up of TV rcu, it is works.

let me know this issue is related to RCU or TVstorm.

skb user happen this issue on JVC TV.

when ac Power on or RCU power on, it happen no sound issue. and after push a volume of TV RCU, It works well.
However, when turn off /ON with using TV, It happen same issue.

version : v15.520.8--003, 004..

Hi Jason,

Please help to get more information about this issue.
For example, what time did issue happen ? Which channel have this issue...etc
From your description, user pressed TV RCU then issue was gone.
But I can't check STB's log for that event because it is TV RCU, not STB RCU.
I also want to remind you that the duration of main.log.* files is too short. (14:52 ~ 14:54)
If issue didn't happen at the duration, I think you need to ask SKB to get another log.
